About The Long Game Project
The Long Game Project (LGP) aims to improve institutional decision-making, planning and creative thinking using tabletop exercises and scenarios. At LGP, we provide services for end-to-end management of tabletop exercises, including consultations for strategy design and problem scoping, training in design and facilitation skills, and custom-designing scenarios.
Our primary aim is to improve the way leaders practise decision-making and creative thinking when the stakes are low to prepare for when the stakes are high.
