High INT and WIS. Plans, foresees, executes. Project managers, military strategists, business development leads.
Strategic Mind: You gain a +1 bonus on Intelligence checks related to strategy and planning.
Technician
Deep specialist knowledge, adaptable across industries. Network engineers, cybersecurity specialists, process engineers, lab technicians.
Tech Whiz: You gain advantage on any skill check that involves the use of technology.
Analyst
Data-driven problem solvers. High INT, solid WIS. Business analysts, data scientists, financial analysts, researchers.
Analytical Mind: Once per game, you can re-roll a failed Intelligence check related to analysis or problem-solving.
Communicator
Charismatic influencers. High CHA, sharp WIS. Public relations, HR, customer service, internal comms.
Influencer: Once per game, your successful Charisma check can also positively affect another separate negotiation or interaction happening simultaneously.
Enforcer
Resilient. Implements decisions and holds the line on compliance. Operations managers, quality assurance officers, security leads.
Unyielding: You have advantage on all Constitution checks made to resist adverse conditions or effects.
Legal Expert
Reads regulatory and legal terrain. High INT and WIS. Corporate lawyers, legal consultants, compliance officers.
Bargainer: You are skilled in negotiation and get a +1 bonus on all checks where you try to strike a better deal or bargain.
Innovator
Creative problem solvers. Quick thinkers. R&D engineers, product managers, creative directors.
Master of Improvisation: Once per game, you can think on your feet to re-roll a failed Dexterity check.
Frontline Staff
Ground-level perspective. Hardy. Customer service reps, field workers, sales associates, first responders.
Reliable: You gain a +1 bonus on Constitution checks related to endurance or reliability.
Public
Charismatic and empathetic. Speaks for customers and community. Customer advocates, community managers, PR specialists.
Empathetic: Once per game, you can re-roll a failed Wisdom check related to understanding others’ emotions, motivations, or plans.
Financier
Strong financial instinct. High INT and WIS. Financial advisors, investment strategists, CFOs.
Adaptable: Once per game, you can change one of your skill bonuses by 1 point, reflecting your ability to adapt to changing situations.
