About The Long Game Project
The Long Game Project is a boutique tabletop-exercise practice. It helps organisations surface assumptions, rehearse decisions, and align teams through tabletop exercises and scenarios - from problem-scoping and scenario design through to facilitation and debrief.
This rulebook is the open version of the system behind that work, including two conference games delivered for ALLFED.
Our aim: sharpen how leaders practise decision-making when the stakes are low, so they're ready when the stakes are high.
